Fit First Boot Camp is ran by a dynamic, experience team to meet the needs of all individuals in a group setting. Each camp will vary from class to class to challenge and stimulate every major muscle group, increase heart rate, challenge the core muscles, and improve balance. The camp is designed for all ages, size, gender, and fitness level. Each workout is challenging, fun, and exciting.

The trainers do an excellent job of maintaining a positive atmosphere while still pushing each individual to accomplish their best effort every time through individual instruction. There is always a wide variety of activities from session to session, so it is never monotonous. With two different sites and times available during the week, I’m able to attend sessions that fit my schedule as it changes from week to week.”
