
“I’ve been participating in the Fit First Boot Camp program for 3 months now and would highly recommend it to anyone! The trainers do an excellent job of maintaining a positive atmosphere while still pushing each individual to accomplish their best effort every time through individual instruction. There is always a wide variety of activities from session to session, so it is never monotonous. With two different sites and times available during the week, I’m able to attend sessions that fit my schedule as it changes from week to week.”
